One week ago, our editors published an article stating that Whistle Blower #1 might possibly be Susan M Gordon.
Since that time, more information on Whistle Blower #1 has become public and published in the New York Times and other media outlets. This includes that Whistle Blower #1 failed to disclose to the Intel Inspector General on the whistle blower complaint form, that Whistle Blower #1 had been in contact with the Schiff committee. Failure to report that on the form opens Whistle Blower #1 to a charge of felony.
The previous Scoop News article regarding Ms Gordon is retracted and deleted due to the new information. The article contained the disclaimer that no one was being accused of a crime and that the article was based on the best information available at that time which we believe to be accurate at that time to the best of our knowledge.
Regarding the Whistle Blower coup, what is also becoming more clear is the high level former and active members of the CIA are involved in the Whistle Blower silent coup against the President of the United States. It has also come to light that the chief attorney of the CIA reportedly made a criminal referral to the Justice Department against the President of the United States, although she now is being unclear whether her actions to the DOJ constituted a criminal referral or not, without apparently having read the complaint of Whistle Blower #1.
“According to NBC News, CIA general counsel Courtney Simmons Elwood ... made the referral, signifying that she and other senior CIA officials concluded that a potential crime was committed. The DOJ, however, did not conduct an investigation and closed the case.”
This criminal referral against the president of the United States, based on second-hand, biased, uncorroborated Whistle Blower #1 error filled testimony, is incomprehensible. And according to experts apparently could only take place if it were a choreographed part of the coup.
Again, no claims of anyone committing a crime, including Courtney Simmons Elwood, are being made, but simply suggestions for the appropriate justice authorities to investigate.
Regarding CIA employee Susan M Gordon, it is not known that if as a close friend and ally of John Brennan, and a contact and ally of Adam Schiff, Gordon had / has any role in the coup, directly or indirectly. That is unknown, and will only become known through investigations by the Department of Justice, the CIA, and FBI. Everything was and is until now “alleged”.
What is clear is that the coup apparently involves high level intelligence individuals reaching as high or possibly higher than the chief attorney for the CIA. This silent coup includes as well as members of the Democrat Party such as Adam Schiff.
