All available evidence, and there are masses of it, point to the following description to what is occurring: The 46th President of the United States, Joe Biden, is perhaps being held as a sort of prisoner against his will. Possibly drugged and forced to read words he did not write and would never ever say. And that he is subject to elder abuse.
His prison is not the White House, he is apparently not even living in the White House. But being held is what his captors consider a secure location where he can be controlled completely.

In addition, the Democrat media complex has been very silent about the White House being dark throughout the night. After 10 days of darkness starting January 20, 2021, the captors began turning on the lights. But lights or not, the White House is basically empty at night and Biden held in a secure location.
