IN THE CLIMATE DEBATE, THE OPPOSITION HAS TAKEN CONTROL OF THE LANGUAGE ... LET'S REGAIN SOME GROUND

First of all, is it appropriate to categorize our opponents in the climate debate, as the global warming fraud group, as “the opposition” or as “the enemy”? Shifting it into a more Soviet model by means of creating a false narrative of impending disaster which requires centralized government control. And as a result: WE DON'T HAVE A NAME FOR OURSELVES. BUT THEY HAVE A NAME FOR US, SEVERAL IN FACT... As the climate debate began in the late 1990s and into the start of the horrific Obama era (2008), their term for those who disagreed with them was “global warming skeptics”.

The term “skeptics” meant people similar to those who had opposed the idea that the earth is round . Somehow we passively acquiesced to this name and became in terms of the public debate, “global warming skeptics”. The political Left, having no sound arguments, always resorts to smearing their opposition. NEW NAMES THEY CREATED FOR US

When it became clear that “global warming” wasn't happening then of course “global warming” became “climate change”. And our name was changed by them with it. Our new name: “climate change skeptics”.

As the arguments increased and our numbers were clearly better than their numbers, they ramped up the language war, and we then became “climate skeptics”.

Could there be a more demeaning term than this? Only an irrational person would deny that climate exists, but they succeeded in making this category for us become part of the national mainstream discussion. Even though we did not agree, the bulk of the public saw us as “climate skeptics”. The Democrat Media played a key role in this. Now the narrative of the global warming mob has changed to “extreme weather events”. Our new name has not been unleashed in the public debate by the LEFT yet, but may be “extreme weather skeptics”. TAKING BACK CONTROL OF THE LANGUAGE Arguing with the climate change from CO2 movement beyond the numbers war, is useless and counter-productive. The Book of Proverbs makes it clear it's not a good idea to argue with fools. Impossible to win, anyone trying it looks foolish as well. Of course our war of numbers against them must continue full force. That we always win. But in addition, instead of arguing with them, we simply start utilizing our own debate language.

As it becomes more and more clear, that the present solar minimum is the deepest in the last 100 years, and the coming ones, particularly around 2035, become SUPER GRAND SOLAR MINIMUMS, it's going to get colder. There is a good possibility we are heading rapidly into a new Little Ice Age. In any case, until and unless we take back control of our own climate language, we are working at a disadvantage in the public debate. The overwhelming majority of college and university students and staff use the language of the Left, for example. It's time to start pushing back. And why not with a first step of: ICE AGE DENIERS as a fitting description of them. It's accurate and stings.
