NOTE that none of these people actually meet the criteria of the Whistle Blower statute.. The name “whistle blower” and the protection it affords is simply being used by the Democrat deep state as part of this Whistle Blower Silent Coup against President Trump.
SCHIFF'S ORIGINAL “WHISTLE BLOWER”
This is Eric Ciaramella, a former NSC staffer and CIA employee, who was reportedly embedded in the White House as a spy and saboteur. Having been working in the Obama White House administration as NAC director for Ukrainian Affairs, he remained doing that work under President Trump. A sort of ticking time bomb in the silent coup against the president..
Above is his photo in 2014 before he cleaned up for the coup job. Ciaramella worked in the Democrat administration of Barak Obama for several years with Susan Rice and Joe Biden.
In the Obama administration he was sent by the NSC to the White House, acting as director of East European and Baltic matters, which included Ukraine. He travelled extensively with Joe Biden, and for example was with Biden during the billion dollar quid pro quo trip to the Ukraine.
Ciaramella is deeply involved in the Poroshenko Ukranian government mafia-type corruption which was fueled by the Obama administration influence and US Democrat controlled money.
Ciaramellia is part of a team of eight people assembled by high level Obama deep state members such as John Brennan, in the Schiff committee to carry out the soft coup against President Trump.

In an amazing “coincidence” Schiff added two staffers in August 2019 to his staff. These were former NSC employees Abigail Grace and Sean Misko. They had worked with Ciaramella previously. How odd ! This coup against President Trump has evidently been long in the planning...
And by the way, the “second whistle blower” mentioned by the disgusting Adam Schiff is allegedly none other than Schiff's new staffer (August 2019), Sean Misko.
A happy Misko is shown in this photo, but it's doubtful he will be happy for long after any investigations of his apparent role in this well planned soft coup against the president.
Also pictured, as apparently part of the Schiff administered soft coup, is Abigail Grace. Happy as a lark as well. For now. After her activities are investigated, she may not be as happy.
The number of miscreants in the Obama administration and Deep State is absolutely astounding.
2. THE “WHISTLE BLOWER” WHO APPARENTLY PROVIDED THE ORIGINAL PHONE CALL REPORT TO ERIC CIARAMELLA IS A UKRAINIAN NATIONAL...

Daniluk was in fact sitting in the same room as the President Zelensky of the Ukraine when the call with President Trump took place. However, according this this well placed source, Daniluk (who is a holdover from the previous corrupt Ukranian government), is no friend of the new Ukrainian President Zelensky or his new Ukrainian government. And US Democrat asset Daniluk has now been placed under arrest in Ukraine
Daniluk is reportedly bought and paid for by the US Democrat machine, and is an Obama era CIA asset, and is a close associate of Eric Ciaramella.
And it is Daniluk who reportedly supplied information about the phone call (one would suppose, under the order of the US Democrats orchestrating the coup against President Trump), to Schiff's fake so-called “whistleblower”, Ciaramella.
Apparently Daniluk is wearing different type clothing now, since after the new Ukrainan goverenment of reform politician President Zelensky discovered Daniluk had acted as an espionage agent and sent the call information to Ciaramella, an arrest warrant was issued for Daniluk in Ukraine.
It is assumed that Daniluk is now in Ukrainian prison, pending the investigation and trial into his activities. Thus is he the first of the “whistle blower” soft coup key participants to face justice.
He was amazingly enough scheduled to accompany Ukrainian President Zelensky on Zelensky's trip to the US to meet with President Trump. How due to the arrest warrant being issued against Daniluk, he missed his flight.

having helped them with advice to act against the US government investigation of Obama administration corruption in Ukraine...
ALEXANDER S. VINDMAN
Vindman is a Ukrainian national who came to the US as a child with his family. He speaks fluent Ukranian and Russian.
This was evidently was of some use with his work performed for the corrupt Poroshenko Ukranian government (including informing them how to stonewall and negate the investigative work of Rudy Giuliani), while Vindman was at the same time employed by the White House.
In a sense he apparently went farther than some of the other conspirators in the “whistle blower” coup against President Trump, because Vindman attempted to make changes to the official transcript of the call. Apparently attemping to plant false information which would incriminate President Trump.
Vindman was and still is a member of the National Security Council, and is unsurprisingly the supposed “expert” on Ukrainian matters.
Vindman failed in his reported effort to sabotage the transcript, because as with all classified material of that nature (presidential discussions with foreign leaders by phone), the transcript has been placed on a classified server with Vindman could not reach.
Vindman's first role in the coup was apparently to change the transcript of the call between Trump and Zelensky, to plant false incriminating evidence against President Trump.
Vindman, amazingly enough, while working at the White House, was apparently acting on behalf of the Ukranian government of Poroshenko, providing them with advice on how to deal with the investigation of White House attorney Giulliani, into the Ukrainian government activities to harm the candidacy of Donald Trump in the election of 2016, and to harm his presidency after the election.
Thus Vindman was working for a foreign power, against the US government, while a White House employee.
Vindman is also a member of the Armed Forces, and has apparently engaged in which experts may call a "mutiny" or insurrection against his Commander and Chief, the President.

The actions of all three reported co-conspirators in the “Whistle Blower” coup attempt, could be investigated by appropriate law enforcement and intelligence authorities, to determine if they comprise multiple felonies, including subversion, espionage, and unauthorized release of classified material, and espionage on behalf of foreign powers.
There are perhaps many relevant statutes, one might be US CODE 798, regarding disclosure of classified information. Ciaramella in particular, but the others as well. One of the possibly relevant statutes is as follows:
