"The one with a forked tongue is involved in spiritual battle against Rama (one of the Indian most holy)
Rama is the Lord of Honesty, Truth and Justice. She comes against Rama.
And the lies of this one are at war against him. She speaks with a forked tongue, lies without cease.

We have taken birth after birth since eternity. Being sent into this world again and again in human form to accomplish the task of self realization. But we have not succeeded so far. There is an internal war in each. This internal war inside each person is called in Sanskrit / Hindi:
Dharmakshetra Kurukshetra
The deep meaning of these words is simply: Life Is A Battle For Virtue
The Bhavagad Gita shows the continuous internal war going on between good and evil within every human being.
The Bhagavad Gita directs our senses into knowing our inner-self by developing the qualities such as Being of good omen of a good future, Holiness, Selflessness / Love of others, and knowing that the Lord is responsible for the good in us. With these qualities our intellect creates a portion of heart in it where Godliness is established and we start living our life in divine consciousness.
Far from this is the
one who lies without cease, and believes in her power to do evil. The one who smears and lies about those who love liberty and those who love freedom. Who makes war with her mouth against the forces of good. Calling them insurrectionists and White Supremacists, lie after lie after lie from her mouth. Who knows what the future will bring? But in the circle of Karma, the one who is a false accuser may wander into the pit. Again her tongue which is now the the forked tongue in nature but not in form, may be in the next incarnation as a snake in form as it is in spirit today. Thus says the Maharishi.
